After feeling it from last night’s rack pulls, (the first time doing them), I find this great article by Ben Tatar on the deadlift. At my gym, Scott P. said once I get to 400# I can “take the skirt off”. Now that the skirt is off, this article will help get me to “monster” status!

1The deadlift is definetly the lift that seperates the men from the boys. I use deadlifts for both my lower back and my hamstrings and the article you linked to is right… when you’re done doing deadlifts you just feel like a freak.
