Using the plans from Dave Draper’s site, (I call it version 1.0). Ross Enamait made his and packs on the weight.

I love my Hungarian Core Blaster 2.0! It is a great training tool for two-handed swings for high reps (endurance) or load up the plates and low reps for strength.

I find that using plates no bigger than 25# is best so you don’t bash your legs and knees. Also, the handle works best at 9″ long x 1/2″ diameter.
