No squats for me today. Instead, I did the Crossfit “Helen”.
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
I got it done in 14:00 and it would have been about :30 faster, but each time I came to the pull-ups, all the damn bars were in use. Nevertheless, it was done as rx’ed.
