Back on August 9th, I linked to an excellent article by Eric Cressey on the differences between the front and back squats. (Do both)!

This video, from the excellent “Squat Rx” series, points out some differences between the two lifts, but it is mainly an outstanding tutorial on how to perform the front squat correctly and the nuances of the lift.

And if that wasn’t enough, Mehdi at stronglifts.com also covers the two lifts with clarity.

My training session for today was, yep front squats. I chose to do 10 singles.

115/135/155/165/175/185/195/205/215/185/.
I also did 3×30 KB swings, 20 kg (10 both, 10 R 10 L)
