Long day in Pasadena and LA today and a very good day for business but I was gassed for any significant workout today so I’ll double up tomorrow. But I did do something.


In any case, I started the second week of the “push-up experiment I am involved with at www.bodyweightculture.com. The results were better today than I did last week when I was sick for part of the week. Today I did 45/30 on the declines, 26/25 on the standards and 23/24 on the inclines with 90 second rest between sets for a total of 173.
