Back in the days when I road raced, both running and skating, active rest was the first easy, light workout after a race or a long training session. Things have changed. I have a new definition of the term. Tonight, I planned on working out. I got dressed to workout. I went to the gym and did the standard Crossfit workout and decided I wasn’t in the mood to train, for whatever reason/excuse. So, besides the CF workout, I practiced more pull-ups, added some dips and called it a night and met Val for dinner. Tomorrow’s another day. See you then. MarkFu out.
