		<description>Hey, a twofer, and a pretty rough twofer.   I have to face those OH squats on Monday.   I feel the same way about them as you do, I know they are good for me; they are great about giving form feedback, and yet I find myself not doing more of them.

As for your HSPU and pull up time, that is a nice quick time.   As for scaling on the pull-ups, if you could do kippers, your time would be even faster.   My time is limited by those damn HSPUs.

Hey, did you notice that someone is sponsoring the first CrossFit competition, for both individuals and affiliate teams?  I may have to do that.
