Bulgarian Training Bag, 60 reps each:
- Swings: 4 x 15
- Swing + Jump Squat: 6 x 10.
- Lunges: 3 x 20.
- Halos, 10 each side: 3 x 20.
Wednesday, 8/5/09
Ran a mile with the Bulgarian Training Bag on my shoulders in 15:20. I also did 120 halos and some step-ups and swing/jump squats.

No Training
Friday, 8/7/09
Snatch + Snatch Balance Clusters, 20 seconds rest between clusters, 2 minute rest between sets.

from ground: 90/95/100/105/.
Singles: 110/115/.
Saturday, 8/8/09
With David Y. and Tony T. we did 4 rounds of:
- Keg Bear hug Carry, 100+ lbs 40 yds
- Sandbag Carry, 100#, 40 yds,
- Farmers Carry, 230# 40 yd
- Sled Pull, 125# 40 or so yards out and the same backwards.
Extra Stuff: 3 additional keg carries, 2 x 430# Farmers Carry, 20 yards each. I also did 3 x 10 Bulgarian Training Bag Swings + Jump Squats.
