Snatch, w/clusters x 2: 65/65/75, 2+2/85, 2+2/90, 2+2/95, 2+2/100, 2+2/105, 1+1/110. 1+1/115, 1+1/.

Sandbag (70#) + Kettlebell Swings, H2H, 24 kg. 10 each:

  • Squat Clean + KB Swing 10/10/
  • Back Squat + KB Swing 10/10/
  • Front Squat + KB Swing 10/10/.
  • Power Cleans + KB Swing 10/10/.
  • Sandbag Shoulder + KB Swing 10/10/.

Ab Mat Sit-ups: 3 x 30.

Kettlebell Swings: 70#, 3×10/44 kg, 3×10/105# 1×8, but strained lower left back.

Back Squats: 135×3/185×3/225×3/275×2/295×2. Today’s back squats were better than Monday’s session.
