Pause Squats: set the pins at 5, ass to ankles and held for a second.

135×2/135×5/155×3/185×3/185×3/225×3/225×3/245×2/245×2/255×2/265×2/275×2/. Towards the end I was at 75%+ of my 1RM.

Conan’s Wheel for a finisher, 335# but not that far.

For the finisher, Keg Bear Hug Walk: 50 steps/55/75.

I also continued on the second day of the Velocity Diet, but definitely need to drink a LOT more water.
