Monday, 4/6/09

Tuesday, 4/7/09

Snatch doubles: 88/88/88/88/. Singles, 111/111/111/111/. Singles, + 2 OHS: 111 x 7.

Clean doubles: 88/88/88/111/111/111/111/. Singles: 155 x 7.

Wednesday, 4/8/09

No training.

Thursday, 4/9/09

Snatch, x 3: 65/65/70/75/80/90/90/95/100/.

Push Press, x 3: 95/105/115/135/155/175/.

Sledgehammer Swings: 100.

Friday, 4/10/09

No training

Saturday, 4/11/09

Deadlift warm-ups, RDL: 135×5/185×5/. Deadlift from deficit: 135×5/185×5/225×3/275×2/315×2/.
Singles: 365/385/405/. My deadlifts must have gone south. 405 was a tough lift. I was a bit unfocused and not ready to deadlift.

Rack Pulls from the knees: 485f/485f/405/425/445/465/475/.
