Monday, 3/23/09

As soon as I got out of the truck, I was talked into doing some Prowler pushes with 90# of additional weight. They cared not one bit that I was not even warmed up, let alone in the frame of mind for Prowler pushes. Nevertheless, I did:

2 x200′ Prowler sled pushes with 2 plates.
Military Press: 45×5/95×5/115×5/125×5/135×5/145×5/155×5/.

Tuesday, 3/24/09

Back Squat
, 5×5: 135/185/225/225/245/265/275/.
Bench Press, 5×5: 95/135/155/185/205/210/.
Sledgehammer Swings: 50/50/.

Wednesday, 3/25/09

No training.

Thursday, 3/26/09

No training. The left side of my body is banged up.

Friday, 3/27/09

Still banged up but did a Sandbag Medley of

Alternating Shoulder Racks, 10 each side.
Clean to Press to Overhead Squat, 10.
Zercher Lunges, 10.
Lunges with weight on the back, 10.
Zercher Squat, 10.
Back Squat, 10.
Good Mornings, 10.

1st round was with 50#. Repeated with 60# and finished with 70#.

Saturday 3/28/09

Hang Squat Snatch
: 65×3/65×2/70×2. Also did the same for warm-up snatch balances.
Snatch doubles: 75/80/85/90/95/100/105/110/.
Snatch singles: 115/120.

Kettlebell Swings
, H2H, 24 kg: 25/25/.
Kettlebell Snatch, 24 kg: 20/20/.

No training. Speaking of train; my body feels like a train wreck!
