Training Log, Week Ending 2/8/09

This week got off to a slow start with a bad bout of allergies, but things began to improve by Thursday and ended on a high note with a couple of personal bests in both the squat and deadlift on Sunday.

Rest Day. Allergies hit

Allergies still bad and I have low energy. Still, I did:

3 x 100 Sledgehammer Swings
6 laps with the Prowler Sled, no additional weight.

Wednesday, 2/4/09

Sick Day. Called in sick. No one answered the call.
