Power Clean Clusters, 2+2: 88/108/; same but did an overhead press after each double.

Wednesday, 1/14/08

Kettlebell Swing, 44 kg: 4×10

Farmer’s Carry: 275# x 5 laps, thick handle.

Front Squats: 45×5/45×5/135×5/155×3/175×3/195×3/210×3/220×3/230×3 pr/230×2/230, 2nd failed.
Sandbag Clean, 80# 10 reps.
With sandbag on back, ran up Met-rx stairs, walked down 10 each.
