Incline Bench Press, close grip: 95×8/135×8/185×3/205×3/225/230/240/240/240, best rep/
Good Mornings: 95×6/135×5/185×5/205×5/215×5/225×5/235×4, missed last/.
Supinated Chins, 2 purp bands: 5×6.
Skull Crushers, x 5: 45/65/85/95/105/.
Saturday, 10/24/09
DB Snatch triples: 65/70/70/70/.
Incline Bench Press, 2 mb.: 75/85/85/85/85/85/85/85/85/95/95/.
Super Set Depth Jumps, 36″, and Drop Push-ups, 3 x 5 .
Farmers Walk, 160′: 135#/185/
Tire Flips 7×3. First two sets were with the large tire and then “Ted”. I was crushed by the 4th set but eventually got 7 sets, although the point was to do six sets, alternating with Derek. It was really ugly!
