Wednesday, 8/12/09

Double Kettlebell Front Squats, 2 x 24 kg: 4 x 10.

Alternating Presses, 24 kg. 5 each side: 2 x 10: should have used 20 kg. and done more sets.

5 Swing + 5 High Pull + 5 Snatch, each side, 24 kg: 5 x 30.

Total volume: 11, 130 #
