		<description>That's some great lifting, Mike! Today was the first day since Wednesday I did anything. The time off was good but went for 400 kettlebell swings to get me back in it!</description>

		<description>missed you in the corner this week.  had some good workouts on fri &#38; sat.  did a few sets of 3 reps overhead squats at 175 on fri.  then went heavy olympic lifts on sat., including 2 snatches at 125 that went up pretty easily.  see you monday.</description>
