Went from the humidity of Houston to the 90+ degrees here in Costa Mesa. For that reason and just being tired from the last few days, I really didn’t want to train, but train I did. Kettlebell swings with the 20 kg.
I started with a first set of 60 then did 10 x 1 minute sets for 341, for a total of 401.

1missed you in the corner this week. had some good workouts on fri & sat. did a few sets of 3 reps overhead squats at 175 on fri. then went heavy olympic lifts on sat., including 2 snatches at 125 that went up pretty easily. see you monday.

2That’s some great lifting, Mike! Today was the first day since Wednesday I did anything. The time off was good but went for 400 kettlebell swings to get me back in it!
