I did not have a whole lot in the way of energy tonight, even though Val and I trained down by the beach.

Trained with my snatch partner, Jon Curry and we did cleans tonight…

Warmed up with kettlebell swings, 20 kg., 10/10/10 and snatches, 10/10.

Hang Power Cleans: 140×3/160×3/155×3/165/170f/170 + push press/155×3 + 3 push presses
