		<description>Hey, great effort on the front squat.  There is something satisfying about nailing that lift.   It is a real bear when it is done wrong.  I am convinced that is one of the better lifts to give you form feedback.  I know immediately when I am doing that one wrong, because my back or abs seem to be doing all the work.
