I have a long way to go to show off a respectable snatch. The Snatch is a very technical lift that when done with good form is a thing of beauty. My snatch lifts got hit repeatedly with an ugly stick! Boy do I miss getting instruction in the fine points of the lift from Stephane Rochet!

I did 9 Hang Power Snatch singles: 65/85/95/105f/95/100/105f/95/95.

A few of them felt decent when I remembered to use tips i learned from Stephane. How they looked was a different matter altogether. It was still a good workout though and a reminder to keep getting reps.

Yesterday, I ran for just under 3 miles in 26 minutes for the main purpose of picking up my Jeep from the shop.  It became my WOD!
