As I said yesterday, I was going to get the metcon "plate" spinning better.

After doing 3×400 meter warm-up trots around the track, this was the extent of the tonight’s workout:

5 Rounds
400 meter runs
50 squats

Looks simple; is simple, but still kicks butt. My 800 meter "runs" were slow at best and my squats were broken in little pieces, Still, I finished in 21:14. My heart rate stayed at red-line for most of the workout, with a high of 175 and an average of 158 bpm.I will definitely be able to lower that time, but for today it will do.
