(Hmmm, maybe I should change the title of this…)
Once again, short on time but wanting a good workout I came up with a decent one that worked me but still left me energized.
I did a 5×5 of back squats at 55% of my 1RM with a minute rest between sets. 135/135/155/155/155.
The second part of this abbreviated session was 5×5 of hang power snatches at 81% of my 1RM (It looks like I need to go for a new 1RM). 65/85/85/85/85/.
