This training session unfolded slowly as I took my time and spent a little more time than usual chatting it up with people who were training near me. It was ok though because it was time I would have spent watching the Wisconsin Badger football team who got pasted 38-7 by unranked Penn State.

The last time I did this ME day was 10/2.

I began with three rounds of the Crossfit warm-up plus several sets of kipping pull-ups on the rings.
My squat warm-ups were 45×10/135×5/205×3 and my deadlift warm-ups consisted of snatch grip on a platform doing 155×3/155×5.

Squats were all doubles: 225/230/235/240/245/265/240.
Deadlifts were all singles: 245/295/315/335/365/345/335.
