Great day to play in the gym today. It was quiet with a few people going about their business and if the music was on it was barely audible. Too bad I couldn’t stay too long. I had some football to watch on the big screen. The ideal session today was what I did, DE Squats or "speed" squats.
This is how the session looked:
DE Squats
50%+ 1RM 155 #, 5×2
55%, 165#, 5×2
60%, 180, 2×2
30-45 second rest between sets
Reverse Hypers
3×15 @ 70#
Back Extensions
3×25
GHD Sit-ups
3×20
It was a short, but crisp session and I got back in time for a Packer win against the New York Football Giants.
