The results of my session today are next.
My DE session covered three lifts: Squats, Overhead Presses and Deadlifts. All lifts were done at least 50% of 1RM and with :45 to 1 minute rest between all reps and exercises. It was non-stop and good form was as important as getting off with some speed.
