Showed up this morning with less than ideal energy and that lasted throghout this WOD today. Snellen consists of 3 rounds, for time of:
400 m run25-22# snatches (practicing form)
42 jumpng pull-ups (tired of these. I have to get the kipping pull-ups down).
The best thing I can say about this effort today was that I got 75 reps in on the snatch.
My time was a crappy 19:46. I was in the company of Brent, James and Mike today and that was good to have a good group.
