My workout day was a load of mostly snatch singles from the hang. My technique sucked, especially in the beginning when I would have benefited from more empty bar snatches and jumps from the RDL. I did a couple sets of the Burgener Warm-up. Things improved as the workout progressed, but I can’t seem to get past 105 lbs with decent form.
