This session was hours later than usual and with less time available so I made the best of it with this lift.
All my warm-ups were with empty bar and up to 95#. After that, my sets of 3 were spaced at 90 seconds apart.
125/135/145/155/170×2/160×3/145/
Bing, bang, boom, done and I’m outta here. If I got 170×3, it would be a 3RM but I came up short.
