It was one of those days (again) where I spent a busy day selling and a lot of time driving and when I got home, a nap was all I really wanted. It was a good kind a tired and I had a good business day that left little for training. But, since I can no longer use time as an excuse…

Earlier in the day, before I left the house, I decided to go for a max set early for push-ups. The last time I tested it I came in at 64 repetitions. Today, I kicked it up by 6 and finished with 70. Later in the early evening I did my 6 sets of 3 types of push-ups and finished with a new personal best of 215 for an average of almost 35 per set.

That was it. Push-ups. Even after a busy and tiring day, there is always something you can do to maintain conditioning and have plenty of time to get reaquainted with the sofa and the big screen.
