
This one unwound slowly but picked up momentum. I was still a bit groggy from "Diane" on Thursday, so my recovery wasn’t complete by the time I woke up.

Back Squats: 135×3/155×3/185×3. At 70% 1RM: 210# x10×2. Ass to ankles on every rep.
