No, I did not come up with a new exercise, but the rings also served as a nice warm-up to the front squats. By the way, Mehdi had a helpful posting on staying vertical on the front squats

elevated: 10/10/15/15
Ring Dips: 8/8
Body Rows: 10/10
Front Squat, doubles: 135×3/155×2/165×2/175×2/185×2/195×2/185×2.

This was a low-key, quick, but good workout.
