To celebrate my boy’s 10 year birthday, I did a WOD, I woulda done it anyway, but I was hoping it would make it easier if I did it in his honor. It didn’t.
So, I did
50 barbell Thrusters @ 65# followed by
100 Jumping Pull-ups, then it was 30 and 60 and finished with 20 and 40 respectively in a moderately respectable time of 20:02.
(Ok, the time sucked, but I had good hip “pop” on the Thrusters)!
