I had a later start this evening and when I got to the gym only a handful people were there and they were quietly using equipment. It was up to me to make some metal noise and I did but I was fairly quiet too.

I did 3 rounds of the Burgener Warm-up and moved right to presses. 5×3 @ 95/115/135/145/155 and a single at 165.

I pulled off some weight and continued using mini bands. Those loads were 65/85/95/105/110.

I concluded by doing 2×10 pull-ups getting a mini band boost to save my injured elbow.

That was the sum total of the workout. Tomorrow is another day.
