Pull-ups & Dips

Since I can’t do 20 muscle-ups, I got to do 120 pull-ups, (assisted) and 120 dips in 19:08. I also ran 800 meters on the track. Beautiful day!

Tomorrow, I’m putting on the Bonts and skating part of the Pacific Shoreline 1/2 Marathon, which Val is running. It looks to be a great day and Val is ready. I hope to get some pics or her and her teammates.
