I have not done many power cleans and it is a very form-intensive explosive lift from the ground to the racked position on the shoulders. There is no squat component to this lift so the bar has to travel higher up the body. If I spent more time with this lift, I know I would like it a lot as there are many benefits to gain if you take the time to learn the movements. My previous best was 155 lbs and is more a reflection of not having proficiency with good technique. Tonight, I upped it to 175 for a new pr and the best lifts were at the end when I did 3×155 lbs with 5 seconds between each lift.

The stats are: 135/145/155/165/175f/175/155×3. In between lifts, I did the following sit-ups on the glute-ham developer machine: 10/15/15/15/15/15/15.
