This is my first time doing the WOD called “Nancy” and as expected, it was a tough one. This one calls for 5 rounds of 400 meter runs and 15 reps of 95# overhead squats. I scaled this one back to 65#, but to get the same total weight, I did each round with 22 reps. The total lifted was 7,150 lbs. I kept the form solid with active shoulders, tight core and deep squats and no breaks in the reps. My time for this one was 19:36. No shoulder, knee or groin problems.
