Still tired and a little sore from yesterday’s "Angie", today’s workout was a cross between "Michael" and "Angie"; more like the evil spawn of both. It was:

36 Assisted Pull-ups (can’t get enough of those)!
36 Dips
30 Back Extensions Run
400 meter Run

The similarity to Michael comes from the back extensions followed by the run. By the second round, the legs get wobbly as the hammies and glutes get worked. The similarity to Angie is all the pull-ups except they are broken into 3 rounds.

As to the pull-ups and dips, I had to break them into sets of 12 and 6 and some 3’s at the end. The back extensions had no breaks in them.

I finished this in 26:01. I head into Good Friday with a rest day before going to visit and train with my friend, Ori Hofnekler, author of Warrior Diet, in Woodland Hills. Perfect day to rest. I’ll need it. Ori’s workouts are intense and challenging, both mentally and physically.
