I chose to do the posted WOD for a change and it called for “double unders”. That is two revolutions of the jump rope to one jump. The alternative is 3x as many standard jumps which is what I opted for. In addition, sit-ups and back extensions were on the menu.

I have not had many good cardio workouts in a while, I have been eating like crap and putting on a few pounds, so it is time to get serious again.

Jump rope: 150/120/90/60/30
Ab Mat sit-ups: 50/40/30/20/10
Back extensions: 50/40/30/20/10

Total time was 24 minutes, which included a little wallking from where I jumped to where I did the other two fun things.

Yesterday I did 6 sets of sit-ups for a total of 229. 55/40/33/32/35/34.
