WODs don’t get any more straightforward than this Run, back extensions sit-ups. Repeat two more times. My body still isn’t sure what to make of Michael. As I mentioned in the previous "Michael" post, I started off with a good time and then added two minutes each of the next two I did with nothing changing. Then the fourth time, I did as well as the first.  Today? Smack dab in the middle at 23:55 minutes. The back extensions sucked the most followed by the 2nd and third laps of the run while the sit-ups were a relative piece of cake…up until the last 25. Practiced pull-ups for a few minutes and I was outta there!
