		<description>Wow, great numbers.   I cannot be...ok, I can believe how much you just keep improving on your deads and presses.   I continue to be amazed at how you keep ticking up 5 - 10 lbs per max effort attempt on the shoulder press.

And then, what what's the deal with your deadlift?   Isn't that like a 20 lbs leap?   The best part is you went after 380 lbs not once, but twice.

And I just noticed you did the same thing with your shoulder press.  You have a nice steady upward sloping line on your progress curve.

I on the other hand, hit a bit of a plateau this week.  I did go up 15 lbs on my squat, and the form felt solid, but my press was stagnant and my dead went down 15 lbs, due to bad form at 330.
