Steve told me at the start this was “Jackie” repeated three times instead of just doing it once, so this was one you just had to pace yourself. It was 3 rounds of 1000 meters rowing, 50 x 45# Thrusters and 60 jumping pull-ups or 30 kipping pull-ups. Unlike the picture, we were outdoors, dark and about 40 degrees. The barbell and pull-up bars were ccccold. I went into this with little energy and left with less, 42:01 later.
