I came into the gym relieved it was cooler and more comfortable, yet I lacked motivation as I got started. Nevertheless, I plodded ahead, starting with an 800 meter run and followed by 3 rounds of the Crossfit warm-up, consisting of Samson stretches, push-ups, GHD sit-ups, back extensions, pull-ups, dips, overhead squats.

The main body of my session was,
2 sets of 20 kg kettlebell swings (10B/10L/10R)
1 set of 16 kg kettlebell swings (15B/15L/15R)
1 Turkish Get Up with the 20 kg bell
3 sets kettlebell snatches, 5 each hand
3 sets of 10 ring push-ups
3 sets of 5 ring dips
2 sets of 10 ring body rows
Got it done slowly, but got it done.
