Tonight’s quick training session comes by way of Pavel’s ETK and specifically from former Green Beret, Bill Cullen, RKC training the Department of Energy academy.
Designed as a 12 minute workout, I made it last to 13:30.
With a 24 kg kettlebell, I did 3 rounds of
50 kettlebell swings,
Run 200 meters.
Not surprisingly, my heart rate went up rapidly and averaged 158 bpm and maxed out at close to my HRMax at 176 bpm. Great way to kick up the VO2 Max!
Who says you need a lot of time to get a good workout?
