In between the 20 minute progressions to hell, (thank you coach), I took a day off. I concluded this 1/3 hour of bliss by doing 12-50# dumbbell swings, 100 meter runs, that rapidly came to resemble more of a weeble wobble than a run and I subsituted 20 push-ups for the prescribed 10 pull-ups, because, well, I just felt like it and there was no pull-up bar outside where I was doing this fun little activity. After 20 minutes and just before collapsing to the pavement, I did 9 rounds + 12 swings and 10 push-ups. Seriously, the run was the hardest of the three movements. I enjoyed the endorphins afterwards, as always!
