Yesterday, I enjoyed a nice day off and even slept for about 10 hours. Yet, when I got I up this morning, I was tired, sore in the shoulders and not too inspired to go the gym for a HSC workout. What got me going was doing some of Pavel’s ROM exercises for the shoulders. That at least, got me out the door. It took me 45 minutes to do the standard CFWU and Burgener warm-ups but I was now ready to lift…finally!

I practiced first with an empty bar a few times and here are the stats with added plates:

95/105/115/115 (missed squat)/115/125/125/135/145 pr/150 failed.

To finish on a high note, I did 5×95 singles.Good effort today!
