Tonight marked the start of the 2007 NFL season and being a longtime fan, I was "conflicted" whether I go to the gym or watch the game in high def on the big screen. Well, not really. I blew off the gym and watched the game, er, blowout. I DID manage to get a nice training session in.

I brought out my "toys" for my workout and here is how I played:
KB overhead squats, 8 kg, 1 x 10R/10L
KB overhead squats, 16 kg, 2 x 10R/10L
KB front squats, 16 kg, 1 x 15R/15L
KB goblet squats, 16 kg, 3 x 20
Ab wheel rollouts, 3 x 10
Ab Mat sit-ups, 3 x 30
Push-ups, 3 x 30

All this and never missed a down, however, Reggie Bush missed on a lot of downs as did most of the New Orleans Saints!
