The first two-a-day workout in a while got done today and I am no worse for the wear; just tired.
After this morning’s Angie, I returned to the scene to do some lifting; one, a lift I haven’t done before and another one I seldom do.

I opened up with an abbreviated warm-up by doing 5×15 wall ball shots with a 20" ball, going 10′ high

Next I did Good Mornings, 45×10/65×8/95×5/115×3/135×3/145×3/150×3/155×3/. I liked them!

The main event were bench presses, which i seldom do any more. I did 7×3′s.
155/175/185/205/225/195/185/.

Two workout sessions today and I should sleep deep.
