Today’s Workout of the Day is front squats. I had so much fun with this that I also added in a 5 x 5 workout of deadlifts. The front squats were 7 sets of single lifts. I hit with a pr of 180 lbs. Here is how it played out: 115/135/155/180/175/175/155×3.
The deadlifts were just as fun. I did 5 sets, 5 reps each. That worked out to: 155/225/275/255/225/.
I finished by "greasing the groove" trying to bring back my pull-ups.
