The weather was gorgeous today and not as oppressively hot in the gym. Today’s Crossfit WOD is one of my "new" favorites, the front squat. Since I finally got some of the flexibility in the wrists I needed to perform the lift, I find I like it more and more. I went in ready to get a 3RM PR and that is exactly what happened.

After 2 rounds of the Crossfit warm-up and higher reps of the front squat at lighter weights, I began my 7×3:

115/135/155/165/185/195 pr/165

Short and sweet. I am pleased with that effort and by next time, I will be over 200# for the 3RM and higher yet for the 1RM. Nice session today.
